Certified Personal Trainer Course​​

Our immersive programs focus on UHP’s pillars of Think, Train, Feel, and Lead. Students learn to holistically develop physical, mental, and emotional fitness; align daily actions with goals and values; as well as explore a variety of coaching skills, including active listening, feedback, and behavior change. With their new expertise in strength and conditioning, mental health, physical recovery, and communication skills, graduates become more present, focused, recharged, and ready to give back to their communities. Graduates emerge fully prepared to work as health and performance coaches in various professional wellness settings. Daily classes include morning training sessions, physical education, and practical application sessions on the training floor with instructors.

Integrative Health Coaching Course

Students can choose to pursue UHP’s immersive health and wellness training. We introduce students to the qualities, skills, and strategies of health coaching, as defined by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. By blending the elements of theory, practice, psychology, and business of coaching, we provide students with a real-world education ready for ‘day-one’ application. Graduates are empowered and equipped to optimize their own health and performance through their custom Blueprint plan. Students will develop skills essential to becoming successful health coaches, including practicing presence, understanding emotional availability, building relationships, facilitating self-discovery, and enhancing listening skills. UHP students who acquire the Integrative Health Coaching Course certification will also learn foundational skills designed to build and grow their businesses.

PRECISION NUTRITION LEVEL 1 COACH

The Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach certification program is designed to give students highly sought-after tools to help clients successfully solve sleep and stress issues. Students will learn how sleep, stress, and recovery connects to all aspects of life, and will gain the tools they need to help clients improve health and fitness, understand and forge healthy relationships, enhance their mindset, manage emotions, and improve overall productivity. Students participate in a science-based curriculum that includes advanced coaching methods to help guide future clients to optimal recovery, resilience to stress, and improved sleep.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Complete and submit application.

Complete 15-minute video screening with a member of the Admissions Team. Acceptance confirmation will be made after completing Steps 1 & 2.

The admissions team will send the student their course and session confirmation.

FINANCING

Workforce development funding, merit-based scholarships, and corporate sponsorships are available for UHP courses. Your Admissions Advisor can discuss the options with you in greater detail.
