Patriot Pathway is a transformative model of Veteran integration from the University of Health and Performance that equips Veterans for long-term professional and personal success. Our proven curriculum addresses the unique transitional challenges Veterans face when shifting from military service to life as a civilian professional.
Pathways is an in person, five-day cohort-based transition program that overlays UHP’s proven “Purpose Blueprint’ – How we will Think, Train, Feel, and Lead. within your company’s mission, culture, and values. We focus our work on:
