Certified Personal Trainer Course
Our immersive program focuses on UHP’s pillars of Think, Train, Feel, and Lead. Students learn to holistically develop physical, mental, and emotional fitness; align daily actions with goals and values; as well as explore a variety of coaching skills, including active listening, feedback, and behavior change. With their new expertise in strength and conditioning, mental health, physical recovery, and communication skills, graduates become more present, focused, recharged, and ready to give back to their communities.
Graduates emerge fully prepared to work as health and performance coaches in various professional wellness settings. Daily classes include morning training sessions, physical education, and practical application sessions on the training floor with instructors.
