Graduates emerge fully prepared to work as health and performance coaches in various professional wellness settings. Daily classes include morning training sessions, physical education, and practical application sessions on the training floor with instructors. With their new expertise in strength and conditioning, mental health, physical recovery, and communication skills, graduates become more present, focused, recharged, and ready to give back to their communities.
Students will develop skills essential to becoming successful health coaches, including practicing presence, understanding emotional availability, building relationships, facilitating self-discovery, and enhancing listening skills. UHP students who acquire the Integrative Health Coaching Course certification will also learn foundational skills designed to build and grow their businesses.
Students will learn how sleep, stress, and recovery connects to all aspects of life, and will gain the tools they need to help clients improve health and fitness, understand and forge healthy relationships, enhance their mindset, manage emotions, and improve overall productivity. Students participate in a science-based curriculum that includes advanced coaching methods to help guide future clients to optimal recovery, resilience to stress, and improved sleep.
